Hey, so this is just a quick update post on what I've been doing recently.
I've just moved away from home (four months ago) I'm now living in the city (Brisbane, SouthBank) and I'm currently attending Tafe again (Diploma in Screen and Media, Directing) and I've done a lot since I got here.
If I get time I might go into detail a little more another time, but here's a brief summery;
-Played a lot of pool with people, and this is actually how I've gotten to know most of my friends and the others that live at my student accommodation.
-Drank lots of alcohol and tried various new types. Soju, Whisky, Vodka, lots of different beers, and more which I can't think of. I also went clubbing, which was an interesting experience, though one I'm not planning on doing again anytime soon. Just not my thing personally. Partying at our flat is awesome though. Music, food cooking on the stove, alcohol, friends. Really fun.
-Tafe has been good. Learning lots of new things about cameras and cinematography, directing actors and general industry stuff. Teachers are great. Tom, Charles, Evan and Brian are all really nice and helpful guys, with great senses of humour. My classmates are all pretty nice as well, and I've made some new friends and gotten to know most of them. My studies themselves are also good so far. Nothing so far has been unmanageable, though I've got two projects coming up which I believe will prove to be fairly difficult.
